The Team

Scott is a graduate of Saint Mary’s University Sobeys School of Business and a serial entrepreneur.  Scott began investing in the stock market at the age of 14 and by the time he was 19, he had bought and sold 5 businesses.  Scott has been featured in business magazines and has represented his province of Nova Scotia at several business symposiums.  Currently he is the managing director of Mortley Investments Inc which invests in small business and also commercial and residential real estate.  Along with business activities, Scott prides himself on giving back to the community.  He currently serves on several Board of Directors in the Halifax area.  For the past 10 years, Scott has been an active volunteer firefighter with Halifax Regional Fire and Emergency.
